DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! When I arrived there were seven people ahead of me. Two hours later there was now eight people ahead of me. Zero communication and no remorse. One of the worst experiences i have ever had. They will put their friends in front of you.

4-5 hour average wait time for a wash & set that will cost you $50+ (shoulder hair length) Would recommend as a last minute emergency with a day of free time to spare but not if you are in a rush and/or looking for a regular place.

Disappointing. Used to be good now not so much. Don't get your pedicures done here. I also sent them this message. ("Your nail tech rushed through the process, she didn't shape the nail or do a proper pedicure, made me walk barefoot on the floor and didn't clean her tools. You have so many health code violations that you could be shut down. And when I let you (carolina) know that I didn't like the service you just said "ok" . This is how you treat your customers? I could understand if I was some horrible customer that complains too much or is disrespectful but my mother raised me right and you mistreated me and my feet. I'm never rude or disrespectful and I always tip. This was horrible service. Never going back again.")

Comming to this place I knew that something might go wrong, however nothing went wrong everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I was taken great care of ! I dont know the name of the lady who fixed my hair but she did an amazing job. She has braids , I just went in for a wash and set with a cut . Definetly comming back here to try out their other services. They are super clean and tidy (organized). Thank you ladies ! Keep up the amazing work!

Not only did I get my hair done but I also got Mani, Pedi, eyebrows and lashes done at a good price.
