I hate to do this. I have been coming to here for over 20 yrs before the the moved a few store fronts. It use to be a great experience. Friendly environment etc. I noticed since new employees have been added. The atmosphere different. You can tell when certain employees are there your being watched harder even though your a regular. You can tell certain days the customer service is half provided if any. I hate to write this because the original owners never made it feel like this. I'm going to figure out which days are best to go if not sadly I'll have to take this out my places to go.

Too bad the reviews does not allow for ZERO star rating. Went to this establishment yesterday for a quick last minute purchase and the cashier told me my items totaled $22.23, then he claimed the machine issued me a return versus charging. I checked my bank right away from inside the store and it reflected a pending return of said amount, so I had to pay $44.46 now to get my items totaled. Makes sense, but once I got home, the return magically disappeared from my account and now I have a full charge of $44.46 with no refund reflected of $22.23. I went back to the store and was told that they didn’t charge me that much even though I showed them proof of receipt and bank information. I will never patronize this store again and am in the process of getting them shut down.

Cheaper then my previous beauty supply store, more sales, and iteams.

Not a bad place to shop at all. Of course a lot of the products they stock are off brand. But their prices are off brand too thank goodness. And their quality of food is pretty much on point. No, not bad at all.

Cashier at the front with the extremely long finger nails is overly rude. As I am trying to pay for my items, she is conversing with another customer (I’m assuming they were friends) and totally ignored me. When I asked if the friend was in line to purchase she got an attitude and asked if I was ready. This place will never get a dime out of me ever again. Please work on hiring more professional people.
