DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR and ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM: I was YELLED at and BERATED for simply asking for 2 braids to be taken out because they were TOO TIGHT and pulling my hair out. She literally said, " your hair will be fine!" and a BUNCH OF OTHER INSULTING THINGS. The woman who WENT OFF on me had a nose ring did not get her name. I did not even get my style completed in the look I planned to because I wanted to GET OUT OF THERE SO FAST, I even left behind some of my personal items! I AM SICK AND TIRED OFTHE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was super rough and bending my neck. This woman was so rude and clearly believed that because she had the skill that she could treat me how ever she wanted. she thought that I had no right to make suggestions on how my hair is done,

I have been to this salon a number of times . A1 service , never disappoints
