Kim and Carla are amazing with natural hair! I've had my hair both straightened and braided by them and loved the results each time. They don't charge an arm and a leg either. Carla is great about getting clients in and out. I'm a client for life!

Kim & Carla are the best. My daughter and I have been going to the best salon in the DMV for over 5 years. The beauticians here truly care about hair care and growth. Also, any style you ask them to create they do it but better than the original.

Kimberley Drumgoole is one of the sweetest and most honest person I know. I've been a client for over 10 years and never had to question her integrity. I get the most compliments from family and friends when Kimberley styles my hair. They always compliment me on how nice my hair looks, how soft my hair is, and how great my hair smells. So, if you are looking for a hair stylist in the DMV Kimberley is your girl and on another note that negative review from 8 months ago is some bull. She probably asked for one thing over the phone and once she was in the shop asked for additional services.......

I don't think this place is called the Beauty Lounge. The name should be Kimberley's Hair Studio. Other than that, I love this place. Carla Briscoe is an excellent hair stylist specializing in braids, cornrows, crochet braids, etc. I'm always in and out the door in a timely fashion and have yet to be disappointed in the service. If your looking for a new salon, you must try this one!

Kim and her sister Carla are professional and experienced hair stylists who use great products. And they are very lovely ladies too!
