THE BEAUTY SUPPLY WAREHOUSE

Good morning! I’ve always get great service whenever I go there. The cashiers are so delightful and they’re always pleasant. I was there on yesterday purchasing a glueless wig which I know nothing about. When I tell you Victoria and Soline was so patient, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. And then I had the honor of meeting Kuneesha who trimmed the lace for me, she just tickled me with her personality. To the owner of the store, please apppreciate your staff because they make you look great. Customer service has become such a turned off because employees are rude, disrespectful and lazy, but because of the cashier and those those 3 other ladies, I’m definitely coming back even if it’s to buy a lip gloss or an eyeliner (lol)

I had an amazing experience at this hair store! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. The store is clean, organized, and has a great selection of high-quality hair products.

Love This Place! They have almost everything you need for beauty, etc. But I walked in a couple weeks ago and found out our favorite sales rep Babsie that's been with the company since they opened is no longer with the company anymore! This is a big disappointment for a lot of us!

I called today with a weird request. Sohaib answered the phone. What a wonderful employee. Compassionate and helpful! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you very much for just what you did! If everyone was like you, the world would be a much better place!!!

**Update** The Glossy brand hair is cheap plastic hair with human hair displayed all over it! pure trash*** First visit, it's a huge store, the counters tops blocks a lot of the beauty supplies which make it very frustrating shopping here. The staff was very unfriendly, seemed annoyed with helping you, and the prices were not wholesale prices. Won't be shopping here again.
