This was my first silk press ever, and I genuinely did not know my hair could look or feel like this. I walked in a little nervous and completely unsure of what to expect (I’d also booked quite last minute), but Kisa immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, I ended up strutting out, and am about to be insufferable. From start to finish, the experience was unreal. The wash, the blowout, the press, every step was done with so much care that my hair feels unreal. Also I’d pay just for that head massage with the wash! I had cut my hair myself (bad idea) a few months ago, a blunt, terrible cut, and Kisa fixed it easily, giving me tips throughout. This was one of the best salon experiences I've ever had in my life. As a black woman with scalp issues I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past and have a lot insecurities with my hair from said trauma. Coming to this salon was like a breath of fresh air! The atmosphere is so relaxing and homey, the music is perfect, the vibes are immaculate at this salon. Truly such a welcoming environment and staff, it's impossible to feel judged here. Kisa is a fantastic, knowledgable, and charismatic stylist. She took such incredible care of my hair. She gave me tips and tricks on how to care for my hair and, more importantly, my scalp at home. I can say without a doubt that in my 11 years of living in NYC, Kisa gave me the best silk press I've ever had in the city. I can't recommend this salon

So I’ve had my hair braided by India, on two different occasions. Extremely light hands when braiding so perfect if you are tender headed. Neat and clean braid work, will be back in the future.

I found this great salon in my neighborhood and let me tell you...these 2 women are awesome! They do cuts, braids weaves, extensions...they do it all anyone can go there to get fabulous services done. I'm so glad I found this place it's so comfy and welcoming, decorated very nice too, thank you Kisha...I love my cut and style! Thanks for boosting my color it's so vibrant now,the other beautician did a bomb braid style also

My experience at the Beautyprint was AMAZING. India is talented and professional. The ambiance is comforting with great music and conversation. The salon is very welcoming and relaxing. The Beautyprint is a great option for any style, because the stylists are knowledgeable and caring. India was able to flawlessly execute the braided hairstyle and provide the extensions I requested after washing, conditioning and blow drying my hair. My experience at the salon was amazing I cannot wait to return. 10/10 would recommend!
