I called A few hours prior to walking in. I was 40 minutes late and I was Still able to get started right away. Good customer service, and very delicate with my natural hair! No rushing the work and good prices!! Small/butt length knotless braids is what I got. She started at 6:30 and I was done bye 12:30. This will be my go to from now on. Thank you Hana !! See you soon.
