First time coming to this salon. Hair cutter rushed through the pictures I showed him and told me not to worry about it. I tried correcting the stylist at several points but he just expressed frustration. The haircut ended up being exactly NOT like the pictures. He cut off all my perm from korea too when he said he would make my hair exactly like the pictures I showed him. Also BEWARE - the haircutter tried to hide his mistakes with the hairblower/pushing my hair down. Overall felt super rushed and shoddy job.

Amazing service! They're always attentive and willing to give me input when I ask for suggestions. I also appreciate that they teach me how to style my hair after each service so I know what to do when I get home. I got a haircut with them a few weeks ago and told them I wanted shorter hair but was unsure the length and style, they listened to what I had in mind made suggestions based on my face shape and how my hair sits. Since I struggle with frizzy hair they suggested a digital perm. I came back the other day for a straight perm on the top of my head to tame frizz and then a wavy perm on the bottom to showcase my layers. I left the salon cheesing from ear to ear, I'm beyond satisfied with their work! 10/10 ⭐️

I went to the salon today. It's such a sad day. I trusted the reviews. I'm Korean and I made my hair good in Korea a month ago. My hair grew longer after a month. It was just that I wanted to shorten my hair as it was, and I gave him tips on how to style it. My hair is a lot and strong hair that needs to be cut for more than 30 minutes. But he finished my hair in 15 minutes and when I told him about my hair situation, he gave up saying he couldn't do it. Technology is very scarce here. Cutting is really important at hair salons. Without an upgrade of hair salon technology, I can't believe the reviews here again and it will be hard for me to visit again.

What can I say, maybe the dude slept on the wrong side of the bed? I came there once with my son he did fine a very kind person, but I don't know what the hell was going on wrong with him very rude and will never forgive for this type of attitude.
