I cannot say enough of good things about Paulo and his team. I was introduced to Paulo by a friend as I was new to the city and I’ve never trusted anyone with my hair, so naturally very nervous. Over the last two years, I’ve had basic color, balayage twice, as well as general upkeep and each time they’ve exceeded my expectations and don’t stop until it’s perfect. Paolo has an eye for perfection. I walked in yesterday telling him to do whatever he thought is best color and cut wise and I’ve never loved my hair more. The products he uses and advise he gives has made my hair healthier than ever. Everyone I see walking out of the salon looks incredible. Not to mention the entire team is SO warm, kind, talented, and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

WARNING: This was my wife’s second and final visit attempt to this salon, as they have proven they have zero respect for their clients. The double standard here is staggering: on her first visit, the salon kept her waiting for nearly 2 hours past her appointment time with no compensation or apology. However, when she contacted them 2 hours before her most recent appointment to reschedule, they flatly refused to move the slot. It became clear their goal was to force a "No Show" status so they could justify charging 100% of the service fee. In NYC, charging full price for services not rendered is an unenforceable penalty. Hello everyone! After 7 years of coming to this an amazing salon I finally found a time to leave a review. First of all, this place is modern with unique design. Especially I love an outdoor space in front of salon where you can have a cup of coffee. Inside this place is boutique chic and very clean. Second of all, Everyone is professional, friendly and very helpful with advices. I have to admit, Everyone is well mannered, respectful and positive. In This salon you always will offer something to drink and snack. Love it. As last but not least, not to make it boring, My hairstyle look like I am a model. My highlights look amazing and vibrant.
