I LOVE THE BRAID FACTORY!! ive been coming here for YEARS! And every time i come i get my hair braided by one of the lovely ladies and they NEVER MISS! i always leave the shop feeling beautiful!! Good prices and they can do it ALL from retwist to box braids! I love it here and the owner Z is amazing great customer service! Dont think twice just make your appointment already!!

Make sure to bring cash or have Zelle ready. She said she took cards, but I ended up paying through Zelle instead. It was my first time going. I got shoulder-length (maybe a bit longer) Fulani box braids with French curl ends and was quoted $240. I was in a rush, and she did my hair quickly, which I appreciated, but the front cornrows came out thicker than I asked for since she kept adding hair. She used synthetic braiding hair for the French curl ends instead of actual French curl hair, and although hair was included, I didn’t get any boho pieces. Overall, the style looked okay, but for the price, I expected the hair to be longer and a bit more attention to detail.

This is the best place to get your hair done in town. Zee does my hair and she’s so knowledgeable and the thorough. I’m convinced her careful ness cause my hair to grow longer than it would’ve without working with her. The shop is also constantly renovating. I love being a customer and supporting this establishment. Thank you!

Horrible customer service did a Horrible job on my daughter's hair refused to take her hair out! and fix her hair! Refused to give her any amount of discount! Or money back! Did not know how to do the style that was requested!! And kept all of her money! Do not waist your time with this place! Worst experience ever!! The woman with the dry wig and a man sat back and laughed in our face as if taking $200 from someone was a joke!!
