Very professional very friendly and accommodating

There's this older man who sits by the end rolls of paper that I always show up to purchase. I don't know his name but he is so nice and friendly. He's very patient with me and always has a pleasant, warm welcome. I told my husband about him and he said he noticed his excellent customer service too whenever he went in to get these end rolls. He really makes our day by being soooo nice to us. Brunswick News....He's a keeper!

The Brunswick News used to be a customer friendly, long gone are those days. Horrible experience with working with them not once but three times when it came to sharing community events. Brunswick news needs a competitor that will demonstrate how/what customer service looks like. This is very sad.
