Tasha was very professional and was already waiting for me. She only needed one look at the style and did it in less than 3 hours. She blow-dried the hair, and it was a lot of hair and it was thick hair too. She parted it nicely and proportionally and did it all courteously. I appreciate it and recommend her definitely.

Not sure if this place even exists. I tried calling multiple times to ask questions before booking an appointment, but no one ever answered. I then emailed and was told by the owner that the building had caught fire and that I should just go ahead and book an appointment anyway. This required paying a deposit, after which I would receive a random address that turned out to be a private residence, with no clarity on how far it was from my location. I have never been to this salon and was simply trying to get basic information before committing. After asking for assistance, the owner stopped responding altogether. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. Thank you for showing your lack of professionalism before ever touching my hair.

Visiting The Chair is always a delightful experience. The customer service is exceptional, and the ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable right from the start. There's a great dynamic between them, which adds to the overall positive vibe of the place. The best part is that the prices are affordable, and the facilities are top-notch. I find it to be the perfect spot to get my braids done, as they always do an excellent job. Overall, The Chair is my go-to place for all my hair needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional salon experience.

My experience with this salon was nothing less than horrible! I called the salon to make an appt to have my hair braided. EPIC FAIL! I was told to arrive at 1:00 pm. The hair stylist Lizzy Gee not only came with an attitude frown on her face but arrived late. She then prepares to braid my hair which took about another 15 minutes. She started my hair by placing a great amount of gel on it. I said please not a lot gel. She started braiding and then said in the middle of braiding my hair" I can't do this your hair is too thin. Why didn't you just say that before you started my hair. Okay now I'm just sitting there, I said are you going to wash the gel out, oh yeah, she says. She washes the gel out, then she starts blowing my hair with the blow dryer. She did a quick blow dry. I felt the middl

Happy to say I had a positive experience with The Chair. Tasha T, was patient, kind and SUPER FAST. I'm in awe and very pleased with my Bohemian braids. I got exactly what I asked for and they are light and NOT weighed down with too much product (like I'm used to). I will be back again.
