The owner Terron is great. The shop is beautiful and clean. They offer refreshments. The entire experience there is a delight. My husband and 2 teen age boys go here. I highly recommend checking it out!

I scheduled a same-day appointment with Countess for my daughter, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The salon itself was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with a friendly staff that made us feel at ease right away. Countess was a complete breath of fresh air—professional, personable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to go over the problem areas in my kiddo’s hair and even created a plan for future appointments. My daughter can be a little difficult to work with, but Countess made her feel safe and comfortable, easing her fears every step of the way. The end result?
