I was a new customer. I made an appointment online. Received a text that night around 10pm asking if I could push the time back an hour because she was overbooked. Okay. I showed up and no one was there. I texted back the number and received a reply that she had to run out to get stuff for a pedicure and would text when she was back. I waited almost 30 minutes before I left. No apology for waisting my time. A heads up that she was running out would have been nice. She didn't second guess texting me at 10pm to move the appointment.
