The Company Store

I have purchased from The Company Store twice. Once a couple of years ago and was not happy with the merchandise quality. This Christmas I purchased and expensive Somerset blanket from them. I followed the instructions washing and drying the blanket when I got it. The Item was made in Portugal. The blanket clogged up my dryer with shedding cotton and continued to do so after a repeated drying. Basically falling apart. I have purchased a similar item another company that was made in Portugal and was not happy. I can not afford to keep spending money on expensive items that become unusable. I feel I can not rely on this company to offer quality products so I will no longer use them.

Love this place! The staff is very helpful and friendly and the prices are great!

Its good but messier process . Not all products were there. Not found most of the usable items .

I visited the store twice, both times near closing, and had vastly different experiences. The first time the sales woman was exceptionally friendly and encouraged me to stay and shop around, even after closing, but I had another commitment and had to find time to return. I wish I'd taken note of her name; she had a scar on her chest, which I don't really want to point out but not sure how to credit her otherwise. She asked for my email and gave me a handful of samples for it. I expected to get emails about the warehouse sales but never have received any. Her friendly approach had me eager to return when I had more time. When I returned, the sales staff were considerably less friendly, but I attributed it to being closing time and a handful of customers were buying lots of products - I ass
