The Cosmetics Company Store

I’ve been a loyal customer at this cosmetic store for a long time, and every visit I spend around $600 on products. Unfortunately, the service has gotten worse each time. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. They don’t listen, they rush you, and they act like they’re doing you a favor just by answering a simple question. For the amount of money I spend here, the very least I expect is basic respect and some level of customer service. Instead, I walk out feeling frustrated and ignored. It’s extremely disappointing, and I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. This store needs to train their staff on how to treat customers properly.

I don’t know what these reviews are talking about. This is store is such a gem to find. The prices are great -way better than Sephora and Ulta. And the staff here is fantastic. I’ve been shopping here for a couple years now and have gotten to know the girls/store well. Everyone is always super sweet and willing to help out. Diana is always willing to work with you personally, Ashley is the girl to go to when you need to desperately find a product, Natalie and Wren are awesome to bounce opinions off of and Lena (the manager) will always help out and make sure her staff is actually working unlike other retail locations where workers just stand there. Always such a great experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with anything I need. They make every visit quick and easy. This store has truly become my go-to spot for all my cosmetic and skincare needs, they always have what I’m looking for and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and amazing customer service

Lena, the manager is the most unreasonable person I have ever met. She is not willing to take resposibility of her casheir's fault. We, three of us, spent, in total, more than USD 750 on black friday, but she only gave us two gifts (eligible for purchases more than USD 150 per person per day), as her cashier made a mistake.

SCAM ALERT : please check duly all products expiry date before purchasing them . They sell expired Clinique products at 60 percent discount . When I enquired about expiry date at store the employees were reluctant to tell me and asked that store is going to shut and it’s last day of sale so purchase fast . When I came home and checked all products expiry date they many were of nearinbb tv expiry date within 4 months going to expire and 2 products already expired they are selling product of 2023 expiry in 6 months . I live far away from this location and also due to health issues I m unable to visit store but it aches to see my hard earned money go waste like this and surely I m realesing video on this and complaint to consumer forum .
