The Cutting Edge

This was one of the worst hair experiences I’ve had. My hair was visibly fried during the service, and instead of acknowledging the damage, the stylist became rude and dismissive. There was no accountability, no concern for my hair health, and no professionalism in how the situation was handled. Hair damage can happen, but how a stylist responds matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of skill, integrity, and respect. I would strongly caution others before booking. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values the health of their hair or respectful customer treatment.

My stylist was very nice. She consulted me about my likes and hair needs. I thought she cut too much hair off at first, but it was too late to go back.This salon is cash only and no sign was posted saying so. All in all I am never coming back and am ordering hair extensions as we speak.

This is by far the best salon in the Coachella Valley. Its rare when u can find a salon that has only experienced stylist with top notch skills. They know the latest styles and cuts for both long and short hair. Ive searched years to find this hidden gem of a place. If you want your hair done right the first time or want a new look that youll love then this is the place. I promise youll walk out feeling good, about your hair and the price. I highly recommend!

Totally disappointed. I was under the impression the stylist understood exactly what I wanted. However, the end result was dreadful. I asked for a few sun kissed highlights and ended up with most of my hair bleached and burned to a crisp. My hair has never looked and felt so damaged. I had to go to another salon to get it cut (super short) and on top of that, I've been paying a lot of money for hair repair products and treatments in an effort to get my hair back to a healthy stage again, as it was before this nightmare.

I love this place the always get my hair right.... my hairstylist always make sure if that it was I want and always shows me where my hair would be if I cut it a certain length... Her name is Lupita T. Thank you to her and the staff there my hair is amazing
