The Cutting Studio

Zorka is amazing! She gave me some much needed advice on how we should cut my hair to make it look the most full and stay healthy. She used k18 products to help heal and repair my very damaged hair. The salon is very stylish and welcoming and chairs are very comfortable! She offered water and coffee and I left feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going to Zorka for 6 years and I’m so excited she has her own space! The vibes are a 10/10. If you have bangs or are thinking about bangs go see her I always leave happy. Can’t wait to keep coming back to The Cutting Studio!

Zorka is very knowledgable and eased my nerves about getting my damaged hair chopped off, usually I have anxiety going to salons because they’re super rough with my hair but Zorka was gentle and precise. My hair feels so much healthier now

Zorka is incredible and the space is so beautiful and soothing. I’ve been going to zorka for over a year and I have never been happier with the look and feel of my hair. She’s really conscious of what the hair type is, the goals, etc to give you the best hair cut ever.

Had a wonderful experience recently at The Cutting Studio. Studio itself it very accessible and easy to find. Walked in to a beautiful, bright space (spotlessly clean) and had my hair styled by Mariel. She listened carefully while I explained what I wanted and even asked important follow-ups. Styled my (straight) hair at the end of the cut with gorgeous waves and gave me helpful instructions on how to maintain the look and when I should think about a return visit. Through and through professional NYC salon experience (and outcome!) and would highly recommend.
