I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this salon and truly loved Lyndsey so much. With that being said, I walked in asking for a dark red on my already dark brown hair and then some bangs, the bangs turned out amazing and I love the way they look, my hair color is bright copper. Like bright copper and fading QUICK even when washing my hair in cold water. I walked out paying $330 and didn’t get the color I wanted, extremely expensive and didn’t walk out feeling I got what I specifically asked for. I’m a very loyal customer but unfortunately with how ridiculously expensive it was and walking out with an outrageous hair color I will not be returning.

I scheduled a curled style with Lyndsey on my wedding day. I eloped at the courthouse and was wanting to save money. I paid $150 for her to curl my hair, $150 is the price for the bridal style. A regular style is way less than that but because I was getting married she took advantage and charged me a ridiculous amount. I arrived to my appointment at 7am and she didn’t get there until 7:30am, which was not what we had agreed. The bridal style mentioned on her sight included wash, scalp treatment, and a style. She did none of that, my hair was clean when I arrived and she only curled it. No cute braids or pearls or anything that made it feel more bridal. My biggest regret was trusting her with a service that I should have just done at home instead. I will not be returning to this salon and I

What a phenomenal experience! ❤️ I was there a couple of months ago. I wish I had thought to take before and after pictures. Even though I walked in looking a little rough, i was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. I have found that with alot of salons around here, that with my greying and frizzy hair I have definitely been treated less than. Not at the Defining Line! She was very kind and patient while she walked me through colors and styles. Before i walked in, I felt like I had hopless hair. But wanted to look nice for a very special event. I was not disappointed. The color was rich. And with the hair cut, the lines were even yet blended. My hair is so much softer even after being dyed a darker shade of red. I will definitely be back. Great salon with fantastic stylists. Full service location with plenty of offerings as well as product. Definitely recommend!
