Hair stylist wouldn’t let me speak and completely ruined my hair. The stylist’s name was Carlos and he should be fired immediately. He also kept cutting my ears with the comb. Dont come here

This is a real high quality place to get your hair done or to buy products. I really enjoyed my time in the store.

Lizzo overcharged my husband. She told us one price and even did a consult before getting my hair done, I told her what I wanted to do and she said she would charge around $320 and it ended up charging $400!!! Why not be honest from the beginning?

I love this salon. Liz or Lizzo is the best! She is very detailed and attentive. She makes sure you love your haircut or hair coloring. She also gives you great advice on how to take care of your hair and do certain hair things yourself if you don’t want to have to make an appointment to go to the salon all the time. I’ve been coming here for almost a year. This salon is well maintained and clean.

I am updating my previous 5-star review to 2 stars. Initially, I was extremely happy with the ombré (brunette to blond ends) I got. However, after 3 months and spending $600, I am now very disappointed. The toner faded and couldn't maintain the ash blonde I asked for. I had to pay for another toner, and even after following Lizo's instructions to use blue shampoo, my hair turned a greenish blonde. What truly disappoints me is the lack of support I received when I asked for a free fix (or at least a discount). I can’t afford to spend more, especially when the result is this unsatisfactory. They refused to offer any solution without additional payment. I have colored and bleached my hair to ash blonde in the past without any issues. In summary, I am very disappointed by the lack of human
