I am sure this “stylist” put a texturizer on my hair. And upon trying to figure out what happened to my hair by emailing her and calling her she claims it’s Harassment, but SHE in fact damaged my hair. It just seems as if she is money hungry & is tired of doing hair. I also didn’t like how directly after my appointment she was so adamant about me booking another appointment that cost a $50 deposit right then & there & even when I mentioned the damage done to my hair which was thinning and a burning scalp and a half assed hair cut she told me she doesn’t see anything wrong with it but she “does see it needs a wash & style”. Not only that when I left my hair had a bunch of fly aways at the top. I’m not even sure why I tipped her, when I got in the car my hair just felt a lot more thin than u
Please do not go to this salon if you are looking to maintain your healthy hair. For $300.00 for two bundles, I received bad weave the was unable to curl. The salon owner admitted that she received bad hair however she never contact me to admit fault. I had to chase her for a week and half and her solution was a free $70 style. She claimed that she replaced the hair for some of her client's but did not do the same for me. Also Jenni does not watch over her stylist to make sure they are properly installing the micro links. Also I've done my research and you should not use thread when installing microlinks. This method damaged my hair and after letting the salon owner know via email in her booking portal, she still has not reach out to me to apologize. The only thing they care about is takin
Jen is phenomenal. The end!! Lol No but seriously.. If you want versatile looks all while keeping your natural hair super healthy and growing, I definitely recommend the The Dollhouze Salon. They do a great job of getting you in and out looking flawless without having to spend the entire day at the salon. Love them.
I’ve been going to Jen since first going natural 10 years ago. My hair remains healthy even after adding color. She even sends me home with instructions on how to care for my hair on my own which is greatly appreciated.
I've been going to JenniB for years and she's amazing with color and a strong proponent for healthy hair. Even during my pregnancy she helped me maintain my style and keep my hair healthy which is her #1 priority.
