I booked an appointment with hairstylist Lamarion 2 months in advance and confirmed my availability for appointment time the day before. When I arrived to the appointment, she overbooked me with another client. After waiting for over half and hour, she then bumped me for another client despite my scheduled appointment. Unprofessional.

I got my hair braided by Shae. She did an excellent job. The salon provides their on hair so You don’t have to go out and buy the hair for the style you want. Which is excellent for both customers and business. She was quick but she wasn’t rushing which was great.

BEWARE!!!! The stylist messed up my hair with a simple sew in. Keisha does not know how to sew in hair. The closure was place way from hairline and all of my edges were showing. It was a hot mess! You want the best go to Jacksonville FL and see Shear Salon. The stylist are the bomb! BEWARE of this shop! I wondered why she did not have but me and I know now why! STAY AWAY

Literally hung up on me TWICE, you can’t even call this business to schedule an appointment. I got sent to voicemail after two rings twice in a row! So I know the phone rang, they saw it and sent me to voicemail TWICE. I’ll take my business to a place that actually welcomes their guests.

Always go to Shae she does an amazing job. Whatever style I pick she is excellent in. Always on time, very professional! Very reasonable prices and the shop is always clean.
