The Faded Beauty

I was extremely excited to book with The Faded Beauty & hoped to become a loyal client, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My $185 service required a $92.50 deposit. My appointment time was changed by the salon. I was only notified of this change via email — no text or call. The notice was sent on a Friday evening. I was out of the country & disconnected from email, therefore I did not check it until Sunday. On March 1st, as soon as I saw the change, I attempted to reschedule my appointment which was scheduled for March 3rd, but the system only allowed me to cancel. Even though this was a 48-hour notice, I was told it was considered a “late cancellation” & that I could rebook, but I would have to pay an additional fee. Ms. Tahirah is such an amazing talent! I had the pleasure of sitting on her chair (my first time). I made an out of town visit just to see her. I was so excited and ultimately so very pleased with my hair. I loved everything from the wash, to the cut, and the style. Tahirah was an absolute pleasure and so kind. I'll definitely be visiting again.

I’ve been going to Tahirah for about three yrs now, l usually see her every three to six months for service and maintenance with my hair cuts. She is very professional and she is the first woman l trust to cut my hair very low. She communicates very well and makes you feel comfortable in her establishment.
