Emily is just the best. I've gotten lash/brow/facial/etc. services done intermittently throughout the years but Emily is the first esthetician that I've consistently seen due to her service and skills. I've always dreaded these appointments in the past because the esthetician never seemed to give any interest in me or in educating me but Emily is an absolute dream. She educates you on what she's using and why, and gives you recommendations for what to use and do while at home to take care of your skin. She actually cares about her clients and does a great job of making you feel comfortable. In addition, she is KILLER at what she does and I always leave our sessions so excited with my results. She's incredible!

Visited Emily for my first sugaring experience. I was nervous as I had never had this service before, but she talked me through every piece. She was clean, thorough, informative, and so kind! I ended up scheduling a second appointment, but due to a time crunch wasn't able to book with Emily. My visit was good but experience with Emily was best. I'll be booking with her always now!! Highly recommend.

Chase is so sweet, she has made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning. She's kind, knowledgeable, and punctual. I would recommend Emily Chase for EVERYONE. I’ve been seeing Chase regularly for about 8 months now and my skin has never looked healthier. Chase takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and informs you on all products being used in your session—she relies on natural and clean products, which is a huge selling point for me! I have struggled with sensitive skin for so long, but I’ve seen a drastic improvement in my skin barrier since booking with Chase. Best esthetician in NWA!

Wonderful experience! Emily makes you feel relaxed and at home in her spa. She has a very inviting way about her and explains each step of her process while she completes your service. I will continue to visit Emily for my facial needs!
