The Fixx Salon

First of all, the people here are so accommodating and sweet. My stylist was Billie and she is SO good at her job, made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable or displeased with my hair and was SUCH a big help and fun person to talk to. They give out free drinks and offer them as soon as you walk through the door, and they accepted me despite me not booking an appointment prior. Very welcoming business and will DEFINITELY show up again!

Debated on putting a review but yea .. To start off...2stars only for atmosphere and being friendly. I feel like i was not heard. Told the girl please no copper,I want a light color. Long story short...I ended up with super dark color. When I got home I HATED it. The total opposite of what I wanted was done. I ended up at Sam's with color remover and a box dye. I dont think the girl was a color "expert" at all. Lots of money waisted. I will NOT RETURN

I purchased a discounted package for my wife to get her hair done for her birthday. She has never been that happy with a cut ever so way to go!

Fried a layer of my bangs off and never mentioned it to me , was wondering why she spent so much time blow drying out my bangs. Was not a relaxing experience there was a dog barking half the time I spent there. Will not be returning. Should tell your client when you over processed their hair an apology works wonders.

I just got a haircut the other day! Not only was Sam attentive to every need i wanted with my hair, but the staff was amazing! The front desk girl, Priscilla was a blast! She made me feel right at home! Love this salon and everything about it! The cleanliness, the staff! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Recommending to all my friends and family! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Worth every penny!!
