I booked a full blonding service, and I honestly wouldn’t do it again. I arrived to the salon and before we started I showed the colorist (Sharaya) a clear inspiration photo and explained exactly the tone and style I wanted. We talked about it in detail, and at first everything seemed to be going well. After hours of the whole process, she started drying my hair and I could see the final result, I realized it was nothing like what I had requested. My hair was left very orange, completely bleached, and with no dimension. Instead of a soft, blended blonde like in the photo, it looked flat and overly processed. I always have a great experience at the Gilded Lily! Very friendly staff and the vibes are great. It’s super cute inside too! Sharaya does my hair and always gives me exactly what i ask for (from my pinterest board even though it’s all over the place she understands lol) and her hair cuts work wonders for curly/wavy hair! Definitely recommend!!

I’m picky about salons, and The Gilded Lilly exceeded every expectation. The space is beautiful and feels upscale, but the energy is welcoming and comfortable. The service was attentive without being overbearing—everything felt smooth, thoughtful, and professional. Malory is the reason I’ll be back. She has that rare mix of creativity + technical mastery. She really sees what will flatter you, and her execution is impeccable. My hair looks healthier, more expensive, and more “me” than it has in a long time.
