I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful, and my concerns were dismissed instead of addressed. Communication was poor, and I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or basic courtesy.

Vita did my hair. In a nutshell, she did a terrible job on my install. The hair is falling apart, and it has only been two weeks. There are large bumps at most of the areas that she added the bundle hair and the hair was shedding in large chunks from the very first day. Vita also did not wash the bundles - they reeked so bad, that I was getting headaches!! The website says 8 hours for the install but it took her 11.5. (Which is crazy cause I chose the shortest length) When I sent her the pictures of all the bumps and requested that she fix the install, she tried to charge me an additional 75.
