The staff (Paula and Robert took great care of me!) are very friendly and warmly welcoming, and treatment options and services cover the gambit to provide full body relaxation. Splurge for the Extreme Ultimate versions of the manicure and pedicure if you're doing nail services. You won't regret it!

Robert helped alleviate my neck, shoulder and upper back pain with a 80min deep tissue. Very professional and has a passion that is evident in the care he provides, physically and socially. Thank you for helping me feel better! Resort is great too

Robert was purely awesome. Complete gentleman and great hands for the body scrub and massage. Paula did my facial. That was magic!! First time doing deep self care. The rejuvenation package was totally worth the money and time. Attention to detail and making sure I was comfortable during the entire process was superb!! Today I had a body scrub and seaweed service with Roberto. I had never had a body scrub before.. Roberto explained what it would feel like and how good my skin would feel afterwards, and he was not lying! The overall experience was terrific, and Roberto is super friendly, professional and warm. I can tell he is very dedicated to his profession. After the body scrub, my skin felt super clean and smooth, and then the seaweed treatment just made it all worthwhile. I am walking out of there with the smoothest silkiest skin in the resort! My recommendation is that if you’re staying at the Grand or Grand adjacent, treat yourself to a service with Roberto. But make sure you book right away as he gets filled up!
