I see Courtney Yau here and she is the BEST! I always leave happy, and my hair is so soft and healthy after taking her recommendations into consideration.

OMG! This space is absolutely amazing! Not only is it environmentally friendly, it is gorgeous! My stylist, Jamie Lewis, is fantastic and I'm so happy to be part of the "green movement" and follow him to this amazing space! The chairs are comfy, the wash sink is totally amazing and comfortable too! It's in a great location in Scotts addition, I always have a late lunch after my appointment and go shopping at Class and Trash while I'm in the area! Tell your stylist to move to this amazing location!! Be part of the green movement too!

The new space at The Green Room is fantastic! Such a beautiful space! The designer has a great eye for design. Jamie Lewis is the master at color! Highly recommend his services for haircuts and highlights. Also love to hear that they are environmentally responsible with Green Circle salon recycling program! The Green Room is a wonderful opportunity for stylists to rent individual studio space! The nicest option of this kind in RVA.

I see Caroline McClure here, who has been styling my hair for about 10 years or so. The building is truly novel with a beautiful mural on one side, and a really nice lounge to wait in, with coffee you make to order. The place just screams COOL. It's also a great thing that all these small business owners (barbers, hair stylists) can each run their own business out of this building. I like going here and dealing directly with Caroline way more than at the big name salon she used to work. Parking can be hit or miss (come on, you're in Scott's Addition, you know what you're getting into folks), but usually doesn't take too long to snag a spot within a block or so.

I’ve been going to Caroline for years and she is always warm and personable. She gives a fantastic curly cut and I always leave feeling great. I love her new home at the Green Room. I can’t recommend her enough.
