I and my son have been going to Heather for years now and truly appreciate all the stylists and their work. They have always treated myself and every one that comes in with the utmost respect and courtesy one would expect from a place of business, all while having a laid back and fun atmosphere to boot. While tiny and tucked away in a small strip mall, it's truly a hidden gem of a salon.

I have a lot of hair and requested layers to thin it out. Spoke with stylist the day before on the phone to discuss medical issue and accommodation, and determine if we could reasonably accomplish the cut. I offered to come into the salon with wet hair because I cannot use the sink. She did not advise me to come in with wet hair, but made several comments about how my cut was difficult due to my dry hair. To which I replied we could wet it quickly, but I could not tolerate the shampoo, she declined. Stylist did not listen to me tell her that I have wavy hair and it was straighter because it was second day. The most she misted it, the wavier it got, because I have wavy hair.
