The Hair Loft

My stylist was Yen. I'll start by saying, the 4 stars is because I specifically chose this place as i wanted to use my Rad card. This place was on the Rad card app and i wanted to use the funds from there. When booking the appointment, I confirmed they take Rad card and was told yes, she said she thought I said credit card. Very disappointed with this, I absolutely would have chose another place that took my Rad card had I of known. However, the cut was great. My straightener's are not very good, so she had to do it again once I was there. My hair is very thin so she did what she could to get it close to what I wanted. At the end she gave it a little curl too. I like the curl too. Yen was very nice, polite, and responsive to my questions prior to the cut. Prior to booking the appointme

Awful. I had Charlie and she did a terrible job on my hair. I asked for a layered butterfly cut and she didn't even give me any layers. Nothing close to what I asked for.Just rushed me out after this terrible cut. Expensive but not worth the price.

Kelly is my stylist as she is great! My husband has her cut is hair as well. In addition the Salon is beautiful and clean and overlooks the water. Doesn't get any better than that! 😀👍👌

My regular Hairdresser moved out of state. Was extremely pleased with the cut/coloring that YEN LEE GAVE ME. ALSO, GORGEOUS SALON! Will go back again for sure. (Great view also). Kelly
