Update 2/6: I am leaving my original review up due to Kayla’s refusal to issue a refund for the mistakes made during my service. That said, I want to sincerely acknowledge the salon owner, Angela, who was extremely understanding, professional, and accommodating throughout this situation. She took the time to listen, validated my concerns, and ultimately refunded me in full. Her willingness to take responsibility as a business owner and make things right speaks volumes about her integrity and the way she runs her salon. I am so incredibly grateful for Angela and her talent! She did an amazing job with my color and extensions. She spent so much time researching the best extensions for my hair and the installation, and it truly shows. Angela created a beautiful style that still allows for versatility, which I absolutely love. I couldn’t be happier with the results—highly recommend her!

Kayla installed my extensions back in October and has been maintaining them along with coloring my hair since. Let me tell you, this girl is genuinely the best! If you have any hair emergencies she will do her best to get you in as quick as possible! I have also never enjoyed my hair appointments as much as I do now❤️ and as women, we all know how important that is!
