The Heights Barbershop

I used this barber shop for good amount of time. Great barber, clean facility, excellent service. Out of the 15 or so appointments I had with her I was a no show for one of my appointments because of business and work hours (I did forget about the appointment) made my next appointment and showed up on time. Then I did miss the next appointment because of last minute busienss travel (granted I did not inform the barber) but after showing up on time for all of those other appointments and tipping each and every time (attended numerous appointments her) All of my other appointments I have made have been canceled and I can no longer be booked here. Missing appointments has never been my thing but when it comes to working and traveling, running my own company etc…sometimes things get in the way

First visit for haircut today. Jerry was great! I felt welcome and comfortable. My hair looks wonderful!!! I didn't have to give her much direction and she has made me look my best.

Jerri was great! One of the best haircut experiences I've had. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted and she was very helpful in helping to figure it out. The hair wash before was wonderful and the conversation was lovely. Highly recommend.
