Rachel is so great. Always right on time, great haircut and pleasant conversation. She knows how to cut mens hair well! Must book online which I really appreciate. Much better cut and experience than the chain shops.
Rachel is an excellent barber! My husband is always very happy with her haircuts. He’d been to see numerous barbers over the years and was never consistently happy with the cuts he’d received. Not one complaint with Rachel’s work! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
Rachel is just fantastic. She has cut my hair several times now since I've moved to Spokane. And I won't be going anywhere else. Her online booking system is awesome. Makes making an appointment quick and easy. I get a text reminder the day of which is great! And of course the haircut is always top notch!
Absolutely love this place! Rachel does an amazing job! Appointments are easy to make, the hair cuts are top notch! We always have service with a smile! I would 10/10 recommend the barber shop to anyone!

I can't demand it to be any simpler and customer friendly if I wanted to. Yes you need be masked up to get your haircut. She has to do it due to state level regulations. If you can't do the basics of respecting the rules and endangering her lively hood due to your personal "freedumbs" then you should do all of us a favor and go somewhere else. If you can follow the rules of basic decency and mutual respect, I can't r
