Absolutely love my colorist Kiki! Not only does she give me perfect color every time but her warm smile and fun personality always make it an enjoyable experience! This place is a class above!

UPDATE: they gently reached out and offered to fix my hair. Victoria R did an AMAZING work and I will be coming back bc of her! She nailed it. I’m so glad they fixed it for me. Thank you THOL team for listening❤️ Gorgeous Salon and welcoming service. I saw a TikTok and loved the work done with highlights on it. I booked my appointment with Kiki and showed my reference pictures with bright highlights. Right after my session I sent a DM to my colorist saying I did like the highlight work but the tone was way off (she told me to call the office to schedule a toner and sent me the wrong number!?) however, I went back in for a toner to get it “fixed” the next day, but it’s still way off (she made it even darker!?). I’m so sad bc of her behavior towards me for no reason; I wanted to love this p

Hannah is truly incredible. She is so kind, so thoughtful, and takes such great care of me every time I’m in her chair. I’ve been to her a few times now, and she has an amazing ability to bring my vision to life, even when I’m not totally sure what that vision is. She just gets it. Her work is consistently beautiful, and I leave feeling confident and taken care of every single time. I can’t recommend her enough. House on Lovers is lucky to have her.

I debated posting about this until multiple other people have brought up my haircut and are wondering what happened. The salon is beautiful and the people are nice so I will give them that. However i went in for a haircut to just take an inch or two off the ends and get some layers in front (not all around since my hair is thin). The only real “layer” i have starts halfway back on my scalp for some reason so i have a really short later that cant be tied into a low bun and just sticks out. For face framing layers only im not sure why i have a layer that’s just as short this far back on my head. Other than this one layer (on both sides of my hair) i dont really have any face framing. I just have one really short layer and then my hair is all the same length (so it’s not really face framing l

No no no. Way no. Did not receive haircut that I booked for. Received money pieces that I specifically said no to… (ended up orange.) Overall terrible. I had a half foil appt that lasted 3.5hrs (without a cut!) You go through 3 different people. Honestly was scared for the health of my own hair.
