I recently moved into the downtown Spokane area, so naturally I decided to look for a hair salon that wasn't a 45 minute drive away. I'm so glad I did! I texted them and got set up with Cassandra who specializes in short haircuts in no time. She has a wealth of knowledge that's allowed me to take better care of my pixie and style it more effectively over the course of only a couple visits so super great job to her! On another note, the salon always feels upbeat but still calm and I get great vibes from everyone that works there. Keep up the great work! 😁

I got a haircut with Susana and she did a great job with my curly hair. I came in with long hair and wanted to keep a medium length. We agreed on how short to cut and layers and I got exactly what I needed- a beautiful haircut that will last me some time. Susana was kind enough to walk me through how she diffuses too and achieved a style with minimal products. My hair feels so healthy! 11/10 worth seeing Susana!

Love my new hair! Julie did a great cut and amazing color correction for me. Wanted to quit coloring and go back to natural grey and she did a really beautiful job of grey blending. Took multiple hours on my long hair but this salon is an easy place to spend an afternoon as they are all professional and easy going. This was my first service here and will definitely continue my hair journey with Julie.

I moved out to Spokane a little bit ago and was super upset trying to find a new hair colorist. I had called 5 different places and either didn't get through or just never heard back after talking to someone. Havelah answered the phone right away and was just so charming. She was super excited to help me with my idea and was able to make what I was invisioning a reality. I really recommend her and the cute little salon she works at 😍

The Jewel Box Salon is simply the best! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. It’s a true one-stop-shop. Julie, my hairstylist, is incredibly talented and always leaves my hair looking beautiful and healthy. Sydney, my esthetician, works wonders with facials and eyebrows—she’s a true expert in her field. Jesse’s massages are transformative; I always leave feeling completely rejuvenated. The staff is warm and friendly, making every visit feel like hanging out with friends. I can’t recommend this place enough!
