Marquita is a listener and a understanding person when it comes to getting the job done the right way. She went way above 100%. Her personality is on point, very professional. She took the time out to tell me step by step of what she was doing to make she I liked everything about my service. The issue that I had she reached out, we talked about it and she kept her word. Made an appointment for lock repair from a referral I received from someone else that experienced thinning locs & it was awesome. Maquita is very responsive and made the experience so easy. The shop is very nice and has a relaxing ambiance. My hair looks fabulous and I completely satisfied. Maquita is a certified pro!

I had a great experience. Stylist was very professional and I was comfortable the entire time from the wash bowl to the style seat.I was highly satisfied with my hair and I will be returning and I will highly recommend this place to anyone that needs any loc related service. She also allowed me to take a break to eat and mention that she had snacks and drinks in case I needed anything.I drove an hour and 40 minutes to come here and it was the best decision I made!!
