As a first timer at the “L” effect Lola & Victoria made me feel so welcomed and their services were very accommodating due to me having locs . I booked soft locs and they came out so good ! Lola and Victoria are quick, efficient and versatile as they take pride in the work they do . I recommend this shop to anyone in the area you won’t be disappointed.
