This was my very first time getting lash extensions, and Patrice went above and beyond every expectation. From our first phone call to meeting her in person, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She is incredibly warm, easy to talk to, and we clicked right away — I truly enjoyed chatting with her throughout the entire process. My lashes came out gorgeous, and the whole experience was amazing. I’m so happy I found her and will definitely be a returning client. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! I had no idea what I was getting into when I booked my first ever lash appointment, but I was desperate to get them done before my vacation. I am so happy I picked Patrice because she has her own office in the same plaza I’ve gone to for quest diagnostics before, so it felt very legit (not like out of someone’s house or anything). Her office was really cute and professional, and she was clearly a complete expert I could trust. She provided me with a lash brush to care for my lashes and gave me strict directions which is great. The lashes are great quality and she puts them on each individual lash very carefully. She was a pleasure to get to know and has great energy. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future when I want them done again. Just to Patrice! The ONE critique I will make is

Patrice was such a pleasure to interact with. Her studio is very beautiful and inviting. I was looking forward to my appointment but as soon as she put the tape on my eyes I could not stop blinking. However, she remained professional and patient while my eyes adjusted and still delivered a great result! Thank you Patrice for a great experience!

Totally obsessed. I am so happy with my volume set & grateful that I booked with Patrice instead of anywhere else. She made the session fun and welcoming, and knew exactly what she was doing, which is important when it comes to anyone working by your eyeballs. I’m more than happy to have her as my new permanent lash tech 🥰 10/10 recommend all around

I arrived to my appointment, after about 15 mins waiting in the lobby, I messaged her to let her know I was waiting. She responded saying she was no longer taking clients & could not fit me in when though we spoke three days ago to confirm. While I understand renovations & unforeseen circumstances, her communication was terrible, absolutely unprofessional & rude frankly. She came off as defensive & irritable. The customer service was very disappointing. I would not recommend based off her attitude alone.
