This is my go to spot in Bay Ridge Teresa and Luciano are the friendliest and warmest staff I have encountered since moving here 10 years ago. 💋💎💋💎💋

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. This place is a complete joke with the most entitled, pathetic, and unwelcoming staff. The moment we stepped inside, not a single person greeted us. No “hello,” no “welcome,” nothing. We were the ones who said hi first, and even then, the employees barely looked up. My mom, being the kind person she is, politely asked for the price of a pouch that caught her eye. The employees ignored her completely. She tried again — same thing. Not even a glance or a simple “one moment.” Just silence. Watching her be dismissed like that was honestly infuriating and embarrassing. It wasn’t just rude — it was disrespectful.
