The Little Hair Salon

I was unsatisfied with brassy color, after long discussion Jesse offered to fix haircolor but with a charge. I professional hairstyle would stand behind their work, Jesse did not. Unfortunately I had to contact a different hairstylist for further hair color repair.

I’ve had bad experiences… I once had an appointment scheduled, showed up and no one was there and no calls were answered. I waited a couple of months to go back again and if you don’t respond on the dot you lose your chance to get scheduled when it’s convenient for you. I also noticed that it’s hard to coordinate and schedule appointments as she doesn’t reply to you. I use messenger and can see when she opens the message… thank you and have a great day.

I was referred to this salon by my photographer who was doing princess mini sessions for my daughter. My appointment was at 12. I was running about 5-10 minutes behind. I called ahead to let her know (before 12) and there was no answer. Had my husband call as well while I was driving, no answer (11:55). I reached the salon at 12:09. The door was locked. I knocked on the door and windows and there was no one inside. I waited about five minutes and then left. Went to my photographer and arrived there at 12:20. She had called the photographer and said she had waited 20 minutes for me and I never showed up, and that she had to get going. Problems—did not answer phone; did not tolerate a customer being a few minutes late; worst of all, she lied and was deceitful to a fellow business

Jesse always does a great job on my cut and a phenomenal job on my color! My mom just moved to Rochester and now Jesse is her stylist also.

I went to Jesse for my hair last week. She did amazing and I absolutely love it. Very professional and reasonable price 👏
