The owner is very professional the salon clean and organized the staff polite and friendly service thank everyone I know daugere to get her pics reattached after another person butched her hair I was very pleased with the outcome of her reattachment of here locs

Let me first start off by saying that this was the best experience I have ever had for my locs. I went in to see Cassidy at the Fuqua location assuming I had five or so locs that needed repairs after a failed interlocking session from a previous stylist. Three hours later all but maybe five of my locs of close to 100 needed repairs. The patience that Cassidy had with not just me but my hair was amazing. She told me what she was doing ever step of the way and I walked away knowing I had found a new person to do my hair. The compliments I received have solidified my decision to continue to go to Cassidy.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend went in for a simple retwist at 10am and didn’t walk out until after 3pm. That’s over five hours for something that shouldn’t take nearly that long. He’s too polite to speak up, but this was completely unacceptable. The stylists were unprofessional, clearly inexperienced, and spent most of the time gossiping instead of doing their jobs. If you’re going to take people’s time and money, at least have professional staff who take their work seriously.

Terrible customer service, 45 minutes of my day wasted. I wouldn’t recommend this place for any reason.
