Great service... would highly recommend. Thank you for getting my locs started again.

She responded to my request for a consultation, asking what it was for and for pictures. So I provided those and she never followed up. Needed a professional opinion on what to do with the lint in my locs. Was willing to pay price of consultation and retwist/style cost if the service was good... starting with a reply.

Whoever this lady is she is extremely unprofessional. I booked my appointment online, she text me asking for pictures of my hair and the next thing I know she cancels my appointment without a reason why. I called her and text her multiple times and she never responded. If anyone ask where NOT to go I’ll definitely tell them about this place. Even one star is too many.

Got my starter Locs done here and they look great. The loctitian answered all my questions and even provided the oils I’d need for upkeep.
