Meghan is fantastic!! She is very collaborative with my hair maintenance. I drop in the chair, she asks “What are we thinking?” and together we discuss how to style. I’ve done low lights, high lights, and everything in between and have never been unhappy with her work. I leave feeling refreshed and fabulous, while still feeling like my hair looks natural and true to me. I can’t recommend Meghan enough!

after 14 hours and almost $600, I was left with a head full of damaged hair that’s completely embarrassing to walk around with. there’s essentially an uneven horizontal stripe going around my head. after lots of stress and tears and multiple messages with the salon owner, who didn’t apologize and only had excuses for the lack of skills, I was finally refunded the cost of services minus tips. definitely wish I pushed for my tips to be returned, because I essentially paid over $100 for my hair to be destroyed. both Casey the salon owner and Kadie the junior stylist worked on my hair. after looking through reviews, I unfortunately see that I’m not the only one who has had this type of experience here. best of luck to anyone who chooses to visit this salon.

I wasn’t going to write a review, but it’s been almost six months and it still annoys me. I hired this salon to do my bridal hair, along with my five bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law. About a week or two before my wedding I texted Casey asking her if we could bump the start time back by an hour since most of my wedding party has finer hair and I wanted hair and makeup to start at the same time. Casey informed me that we should start at the original time because each person takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get their hair completed. She also informed me that she couldn’t start later because she had an INTERNATIONAL flight booked for that afternoon out of Boston (my wedding was in Vermont). I was in complete shock that a vendor would have something that important scheduled on the same

Hair was a bleach and tone, was almost white. Asked for dimension and they gave me purple and warm roots. When attempted to fix they didn’t touch the purple. They bleached over my very light blonde hair after messing up and darkening too much with toner. The stylist then blamed the violet on my water even though I have a filter; it was due to the toner that had too much purple. I wasn’t told I wasn’t told the stylist I was with very new. I went twice to get it done, and it was never fully fixed. I requested a refund that was not granted. I tried reaching out in which they stopped responding and wouldn’t refund me due to salon policy. There was no policy posted on the website, in the salon, or when I booked. My hair is dry and damaged now! Very disappointed. Had to pay $150

I have had many great experiences with Casey at her salon. She is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced stylist and her attention to detail is incredible. From the clean and inviting space, high end products, to her expertise as a stylist, I always leave feeling amazing! Overall, a fantastic salon with professional, talented and welcoming staff. I highly recommend!
