I got my hair done with Betty back in March. We had a long consultation where I sent her the first pic and told her I wanted my hair just like that, but pastel pink. She told me that the inspo pic was a balayage and we booked an appt for a balayage. The second pic is what she did which is not a balayage but more like baby lights or highlights which is not what I asked for. Also when I first got there she showed me the color pink that she had and it was like a copper color (??) So I told her that that wasn’t the color I wanted, and she got upset and then finally found a pastel pink from a different hairstylist. She literally didn’t talk to me for the whole 6 hours I was sat there. I communicated to her that this was my first time ever getting my hair done & I had virgin hair before this. I

The Loft at Redondo Beach is truly an oasis getaway in the South Bay. AMANDA did an amazing job with my wife's cut and color. She is a tremendously creative colorist and knows her hair chemistry extremely well. She will take amazing care of you. Please ask for AMANDA at The Loft.

Janae and her entire staff are out of this world amazing! Everyone is super friendly, extremely talented (I’m a slightly challenging blonde) and I leave there always feeling like a million bucks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon and Janae and Eddie too!

I have tried a couple salons in Southern California since I moved here and none of them are as amazing as this salon… Lauren is an angel and the best stylist I have ever had. She listened to all my concerns with my previous stylist and gave me exactly what I asked for. Her prices are reasonable and she makes sure you are happy leaving. I highly recommend! I finally found my stylist in California!!!

I’ve been coming to Carmen for the past 7 years and love the color she does for my hair. She has been giving me “natural blonde” hair for years to the point that people don’t know it’s not the sun, it’s Carmen. Love her!
