Best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Very clean and the customer service is top notch. The owners are so kind and accommodating. The staff is very kind and professional as well. My 4 year old daughter was able to get a manicure and the owner was gentle and kind with her. Heather does a phenomenal pedicure and is such a wonderful person. Overall experience is 10/10 and I will be back!

I first visited The Lofte when they 1st opened and have already been back several times in the very short time they have been open. The staff has always been amazing and very nice. I am usually a picky person when it comes to having my nails done so for me to be back so many times says a lot about how much I like this place. I have never had a place talk to me about the different options they have as far as Acrylic, SNS, GelX or Gel build and which one I think would best be suited for what I amlooking for. To me that means a lot. I love the ambiance and relaxing feel. The hand towels are a very nice touch as opposed to the paper towels you see at most nail salons, and everytime I go to dry my hands I hate that I am messing up the nicely rolled pyrimad of hand towels. The service was absolutely amazing here! I came in last minute and they didn’t show any frustrations! They were very welcoming and they gave something to drink and they allowed me to sit back and relax! They even gave me conversation to keep the vibes going! They even told me jokes! This was my very first time experiencing this location and I absolutely love it! I would tell everyone about this location! And the prices? My goodness I can’t believe it! This is now my home salon!

Very clean and wonderful staff. The service was exceptional. Best nail salon i have been to in a while! I got a basic manicure with gel polish and basic pedicure. I will be back!

absolutely the best nails i’ve ever gotten exactly like the reference photo i gave, i’m so happy with the service here, everyone is just so amazing. i feel so comfortable going here i HIGHLY recommend!
