They say a picture is worth a thousand words. See my current hair conditions before getting your hair done by Anna at The Lox. My hair was highly over processed and no apology was ever given or an admission of screwing up. It was my hair’s fault because I am “Hispanic which makes your hair lighten quicker”. Well if that’s the case- as the stylist shouldn’t you remove the bleach sooner, constantly monitor my hair, or advise we do multiple sessions to prevent damage from happening? When I looked at my Venmo receipts and time spent in the chair, I had bleach in for over 3 hours! Shame on me for trusting her as the professional to do a quality job when I could have burnt my hair on my own using YouTube. I had the best time at Lox! Michlenn is an amazing hairstylist and I highly recommend her for your hair needs, especially balayage! I LOVE how my hair turned out and couldnt be happier with the results! Go see Michlenn, you won’t regret it!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Charmaine Dolls (check out her Instagram!!). She was very professional and experienced. Switching to a new hair salon is always sooo scary because you don’t know if you’ll find someone you love! You put a lot of trust into them. The second I sat in Charmaine’s chair I knew I was in good hands. She used all the reference photos I sent her prior and the day off. It was so easy to communicate with her and I was never afraid to explain what my expectations were. Let’s just say she went above and beyond to get the perfect look I wanted it!! I am so happy I went with her and will absolutely be returning.

Amazing Salon and love the parking right infront! I’ve been seeing Courtney for almost a decade now, she’s makes me look gorgeous every time! Very skilled in her coloring 👌🏾. The salon is clean, they’re following all the COVID guidelines and there is such a good energy in this place. The rates are super affordable and of course good work comes with a wait but that’s to be expected. They also offer lashes, teeth whitening and facials, which I’ll definitely have try next time around.

The Lox Salon is awesome. I get my hair and my brows done here. Lashes can also be done in the same building complex at the end. The stylists are all trained, helpful and nice. They work well together ❤️
