I would highly recommend Joy for hair color and bridal styling. A week before the wedding she did highlights and toned my hair blonde. She's done wonderful job- the color was multidimensional, hair looked healthy. On the wedding day, Joy took care of my hair and my made of honor's hair. We looked beautiful, the hairstyles survived all day and night, despite the rain and humidity. My hair jewelry stayed in place. Joy is quick and well organized, which means that you don't have to spend a whole day to get your hair done. She's also a wonderful, warm, loving and hilarious lady. I love her presence and always feel great when leaving her studio - not just on the outside but especially on the inside.

It's absolutely worth the drive to Conway just to see the best nail tech around—Joy Baumgardner! Her work is incredible, and she can flawlessly recreate any inspiration photo I bring in. She's a true perfectionist and always makes sure I'm completely satisfied with the final design. On top of that, she's the only person I trust with my hair. Styling curly hair can be tricky, but Joy handles it effortlessly!

This is my second time coming to Jayci here at Mad House and I absolutely love her!! She's super kind and listened to all my hair concerns. I wanted to start bringing out my natural curls and she has helped me with that by explaining my hair type and recommending the appropriate products. She gives great hair cuts and gives her professional opinions about what style/cut would look best on me without being overbearing or too pushy. Zina Sanchez at Mad House Beauty Lounge is an amazing stylist. She always does a great job with haircuts and color. If you’re not sure about how a certain cut or color will look, she gives wonderful advice regarding why a certain cut or color will be the most flattering on you. Zina has been doing my hair for several years and I’ve never had a reason to complain about anything she’s done. The atmosphere at Mad House Beauty Lounge is friendly and inviting. Everyone there is beyond kind and they all put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door.
