This was probably the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I booked a partial color with Jess Damazio because I just wanted a little brightness but wanted to keep most of my natural Bronde color and was charged for a full color and left with foil marks, sheets of yellow blonde on either side of my head with no color in the back. I asked for a refund and they agreed initially, but ended up offering me a hair care package instead. I was never issued a refund, Jess stopped responding after I denied the products and asked again for a refund. I had to spend the same amount of money 350+ to get it fixed by a color specialist who recommended I don’t return to them to fix the color/blending based on how amateur the original color was applied. My hair is so damaged and I’ll have to have another app

Bella St Clair!!!! •I’ve been seeing Bella for my hair for a year now due to a previous stylist damaging my hair from bleaching , we have been focusing on hair health while also keeping me as bright as possible without further damaging my hair!!! She’s very thorough with expectations and giving her professional recommendations on what she thinks is best! I couldn’t recommend her more🤍
