I LOVE this salon! The atmosphere is relaxing and the team is warm and welcoming. Jasmine did an AMAZING job on my hair and she even touched up my eyebrows as well. I finally feel like myself again! Thank you guys so much!!

Lia did an amazing job. She gave some pointers about my hair that I didn't know about and she worked around any issues easily. She was very easy to talk to, we had a great conversation and she was easy to work with. I scheduled for someone else and they weren’t available, but she took care of me even though she was busy. I appreciate her and her patience as well, thank you again! No need to think twice when booking with Lia!

**Long Post Alert** This was my 1st time visiting Master Hands Salon & Boutique. I was referred to Mrs. Pam after having a not so pleasant experience with another stylist in the Columbia, SC area. Mrs. Pam worked me in as a same day appointment! She was kind, responsive and understanding to my concerns. I am very apprehensive when it comes to my natural hair and Mrs. Pam eased all those anxieties. I was greeted so kindly by Jaz, another stylist that works in the salon. Jaz shampoo me while Mrs. Pam finished another client. I love the TEAMWORK! I was offered water snacks and they allowed me to kick up my feet while under the dryer. Top Notch treatment. I was thoroughly pleased with my hair and I will be back. Mrs. Pam and Jaz you both are Heaven sent.

I think their baber can cut hair extremely well, my problem is with the lack of communication with me as a customer. Schedule appointments, multiple times have been cancelled no reason or explanation. They make excuses. They don’t call back and they don’t follow through. Never had this unprofessionalism with any barber ever. I never write reviews but this how upsetting it is when you can’t even trust your barber

Pamela did a great job in listening to what I was looking for and understanding my hair. She approached it with care and made sure that I was happy before I left. Really happy with the result.
